Group Therapy

Through Group Therapy, it is our hope that clients will connect with other members as well as our group leader to process their experiences with the support of other people. It is our opinion that group support is a valuable means to process emotions and difficult experiences. Through various methods and styles, the therapists at The Plymouth Center for Behavioral Health work to help clients achieve their goals.

Our therapists are trained in many different therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Based Therapy and Psychotherapy, to name a few. It is our hope that through group therapy our clients will begin to empower each other to make their lives better.
