What if I need help at night or on the weekends?

If you need help during non-office hours, PCBH has a live, 24 hour answering service, 7 days a week. We can always be reached at 508-830-0012

What happens when I call for an appointment?

To make a referral at The Plymouth Center for Behavioral Health, please call our Intake Department at 508-830-0012. A knowledgeable and caring Intake Coordinator will provide you with information about PCBH programs. Intake Coordinators will also help identify insurance benefits and assist with any necessary approvals needed for services.

When is outpatient care necessary?

A.

Outpatient care may be suggested by your primary care providers, a family member, or a friend who recognizes a change in your everyday functioning, or upon discharge from an inpatient evaluation or a medical procedure.
